Contents:

• Instructions for installing and running all of the workshop materials in a Docker image.
• Lecture slides for lectures on process modeling
• Recorded lectures + slides covering the theory and motivation of process models, the Unified Neutral Theory of Biodiversity as a process model, and an introduction to using random forest to recover model parameters from model outputs.
• R code to run the UNTB as a process model in R.
• Written tutorial materials, including explanations, code, and exercises, for simulation modeling using MESS and iBioGen.
