Wilcoxon test is added as an alternative to t-test and added options for a.adj methods. Also in the version 1.6.0 and possibly in 1.5.9 there was a bug in the averaging the clusters function “clust.avg.exp” that is now fixed. This was caused by a new change in CRAN rules to not use order on data frames.
