error install

I got an error to install this "git config lfs.https://github.com/rail-berkeley/oculus_reader.git/info/lfs.locksverify false"

the error show :

fatal: not in a git directory

In case someone is looking, a workaround would be to execute git config --global ... instead.
Might not be as secure, but should get it working as it did on my side.
