- Added discussed sections to the paper.
- Will keep iterating on the paper.
- Question: validation - "favored configuration is similar to input configuration" and "independent experiments lead to similar results". Why ?
- Adding measurements probes to EnTK to be ready for the experiments.
- Some merges and fixes based on work with Andre.
- The original issue seems to have disappeared. Experiment failed due to 1) grompp not being able to find some problems (looks like an I/o error), 2) session disconnect 3) waiting (Jetstream VM is forced shutdown), will start everything on a new node if not resolved by evening.
- Still have to create the heatmaps. No stopping issue.
