Expand the explanation of how Windows processes work. In particular warn about an incompatibility between the normal Windows encoding of command-line arguments and how a command-line string is parsed by a subprocess started for a ".bat" or ".cmd" executable. These changes are in a response BatBadBut vulnerabilities:
