Now works in Germany

I just made a few changes to the code so that it also works with images.google.de in Germany. It performs well on my computer - is possible to push these changes in the gallery extension, since I'm not enrolled in Apples Developer Program?

@justfaraway42 I will take a look, but unfortunately it won't be able to go live in the extensions gallery, so it might not be worth the update :(

Take a look here - specifically the section titled Converting Legacy Safari Extensions:

Starting January 1, 2019, new extensions will no longer be accepted to the Safari Extensions Gallery.

There's no way an update would be reviewed and submitted in time for it. I've been waiting for weeks for my other extension Userscripts to be accepted. If/when that happens, things like showing a view image button could be a lot easier to do within the userscript extension, along with any other custom functionality a user will want.

@justfaraway42 Yeah it's kind of disheartening, but I am hoping my other extension get's accepted into the gallery so I can buy some time to port it to swift.
