Make it possible to modify the fps of a model.

Details

  • Add fps as argument to RealtimeNeuralNet
  • Add model_fps to project config
  • Write model_fps to training config and load it from there for testing
  • Add setting field for model fps to SenseStudio

TODO

  • Save changed model fps from SenseStudio
  • Transform existing frames and annotations when fps is changed
