This is a very cool idea. While not the core plotting functionality that we really need, we should follow up on this. |

This PR aims to add the function of visualization on webs using Flask and D3.js. I have plotted one graph on the website successfully, which I think is the first step of our goal. More work needs to be done in the further step.
