When updating to use the OPENSENSE naming conventions somehow our internal API will change a little. Hence, switching from v0.3.x to v0.4.x makes sense now. Also, all example notebooks have to be updated. In addition we might take the chance and update some arg names, e.g. f_GHz and make them consistent accross all functions.

Adding the example notebook to the docs, and making the docs nicer in general, would also be great now.
