Removed ALLOWED_NETWORKS; this ain't needed and can be done within Plex settings when running.

Thanks for your first pull request here 🥳

As for ALLOWED_NETWORKS I like to keep this setting for now as testing is easier. Being inside of docker the IPs are different from Plex's point of view so I like to experiment with it a bit more. Maybe once we are closer to a final build.

Just a reminder to also remove the field in the wizards.
