Seems like an unrelated timeout. Could be flakiness (perhaps all the H2 debug logging slows everything down).

My previous assessment might have been to hasty. It looks like this might be caused by an incompatibility between the c++ and Rust proto implementations, perhaps when the enclave application tries to notify the orchestrator that it is ready. Unfortunatley we are not getting logs from the VM, so it is difficult to figure out exactly where it is going wrong.

@andrisaar any thoughts on why none of the VM logs are making it out?
