Can you identify what has changed in recent versions of RAD Studio? And more importantly, in which version this happened? |

It looks like this bug has been present since introduction of support for new style (Vista) dialogs in dialog hooks. So all versions of RAD Studio that use such dialogs are affected. But bug happens only when you restart IDE. During single session everything is fine, probably that is why it was not noticed. |

I forgot to create a separate branch in my fork of the repo, so now all the following commits fall into this PR. The bug can be fixed only with Fix Favorite Folders expert in new versions of RAD Studio commit. |

Favorite Folders expert does not save folder list in new versions of RAD Studio. After next restart list will be empty.
