Edge is a Microsoft derivative, forked from Chromium. The chrome extension was easily ported to work on Edge with 0 code changes.

How to block sponsored ads on Facebook for Microsoft's Edge browser

1. Make sure you are using Edge

2. Go to this link to install the free Facebook Ad Blocker, for Sponsored ads (videos and images)

3. Go to facebook.com and everything should be working. All the sponsored ads and right-hand sidebar ad should be disappeared.
