KRYSTAL DMS - Community Edition Version 2022
KRYSTAL DMS Community Edition (https://www.krystaldms.in/products/community) is a scaled down version of KRYSTAL DMS Standard Edition (https://www.krystaldms.in/products/standard). It is completely browser based solution and it is web responsive. You can access it using any device, any time , any where. It provides various document management features. It is easy to use, powerful and completely free document management software that allows companies and individuals to centralize the management, storage, retrieval and distribution of documents.
KRYSTAL DMS Community Edition comes bundled with an Open Source database and users do not have to invest in any other software. You will need JAVA Runtime Environment Version 1.8.
We have added many new features and functionalities in the new version. A new Document Viewer is designed for viewing documents online and a configuration settings are provided to integrate with Open Office to view Office Documents (DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX , PPT, PPTX) etc.
Users can now configure SMTP server settings and port number to run KRYSTAL DMS - Community Edition on desired port.
