This is the first version of PRU User Space API.
Has been made and tested on BeagleBone Black Debian 9.5 2018-10-07 4GB SD IoT image on the beagleboard.org website.
Download the .deb from below and install it using dpkg -i pruapi_1.0-1_armhf.deb.
