TextToSpeech using Amazon Polly

Provides an interface for converting text to speech with choice of all the male and female voice available on amazon polly.

Steps:

1. Clone the code to your local machine
2. Add your own amazon-polly credentials in code
3. Run python server.py script
4. Access using localhost:8000 in your browser
