What's in this Pull Request?
Added feature to get permission levels i.e. Full Control, Edit, Read, etc of a given user / SharePoint group against securable objects such as a list or list item. Added the functionality under Utilities -> CheckPermissionUtility.cs. This will be used as an extension method for the web/list/list item. The attached file shows a sample.
