Beta 1 release for the pluck updater

This is the first Beta release for the Pluck updater.
This module allows you to simply click an update button and update pluck if the requirements are met.

Requirements are:

• Write access to the Data folder and all its content, access to the root files in pluck (login.php, admin.php, index.php, requirements.php and robots.txt)

There is a validation option to check if the environment is ready
