Added 2 new report structures, (1) is an HTML output which includes event definitions before the cluster's pattern information, and (2) is a CSV file output which includes the Silhouette index information at the overall, cluster, and individual level. Additionally, the CSV also includes the cluster which the individual sequence fits next best in.
