Pinax 16.07

This follows 16.04 as our second Pinax distribution, a simultaneous snapshot of project, app and theme releases that have been tested together.

In Pinax 16.07, we've introduced three new apps, an experimental new starter project and made small tweaks and fixes to eight existing apps.

New Starter Project

An experimental company (0.1.1) starter project to demonstrate the new pinax-events and pinax-news apps.
