There are several reduction formulas in RESTwars:

  • Command center: Building build time reduction
  • Research center: Research time reduction
  • Shipyard: Ship build time reduction
  • Build cost reduction technology
  • Flight cost reduction technology

They are using the formula (1 - reduction), which reaches 0 when level increases. After that, upgrading the building / technology isn't worth anything. Fix the formula!
