Hi, @danielmadu! I'm also working on an array library, with a class signature very much like yours.

The only comment I have right now is that the Arr class MUST implement both the \ArrayAccess and the \Traversable interfaces, at the very least. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to do a foreach on the Arr object.

Let's talk about it on slack, shall we? There are a lot of other Arr implementations out there, and I'm checking them all out, to think about their API choices.
