Update class.Subnets.php

Hello
I have updated the functions/classes/class.Subnets.php to display in webgui -> log file section the subnet which was added, edited, deleted or resized.

For example:

Before:
date | severity | username | Subnet creation

After:
date | severity | username | Subnet creation subnet

I think this is useful when you want to see who added, edited, resized or deleted a subnet.

it would be nice if all the subnets on "administration/subnets/ " were grouped on a single table instead of a different table for each "section". The "section" could be a column and would be very nice if we could sort by subnet ip address.
This would allow us to see all ip addressing schema.
