I believe the original is "dick", which translates to 柒

which can also translate to '撚' and '鳩'.
As a Cantonese speaker, I think "柒頭" means an embarrassing person, however "dick" are more likely means being an arsehole, which closed to "仆街".

Any derogatory word would be "more accurate" as a translation of the word "Dick", if the sole purpose is to translate the derogatory meaning of "Dick", e.g. 咪做賤人、咪做人渣、咪做衰人。

But these can't reflect the figurative meaning of the word "Dick". If 柒頭 doesn't work, I would argue 柒碌 is a "better" translation.
