Ride The Weather

To install and run the app

1. Install and activate VirtualEnvironment
2. Install PIP. Have you installed PIP?
3. pip install
4. Run it with foreman start

Development environment

1. Install NPM
2. $npm install to install gulp and all the other modules and stuff for SASS and whatnot
3. If developing, you'll also want to run gulp
