SETUP

1. Install all required python packages by running following command:

pip install -r gerrymandering/requirements.txt

2. Start the flask webserver. Either directly from PyCharm via rightclick on app.py or via terminal. See the official flask documentation for more information.

3. Visit the web app's URL, e.g: http://127.0.0.1:5000/
