Integration of the Lighter V2 protocol.
Added support for Arbitrum One network.

Lighter V2 has support for both SELL & BUY
It also has support for multi-swaps build-in, if it's helpful.

Some help is needed for e2e tests for as well configuring Adapters

SELL: ContractMethod.multiSwap,
SELL: ContractMethod.megaSwap
BUY:  ContractMethod.buy

The following contract methods work as expected

SELL: ContractMethod.simpleSwap
BUY:  ContractMethod.simpleBuy
