Summary

A quick follow up release that includes:

  • A fix of critical bug during live sync that could lead to panic or bad state (#6821)
  • New eth_getRawTransaction RPC method (#6830, #6832)
  • TransactionFetcher improvement that forces proper response validation (#6439)
