Update the mimeDecode.php file, which was originally version 1.48 from 2006/12/03 and has been maintained up to now. Currently, we are directly using version 1.5.6. Adjustments were made to the syntax while retaining the original getHeader() function. This is to fix osTicket#6680 issue.
