The motivation for this PR is to specify using
NIOTSon Apple Platforms as usually on Apple Platforms we want to use Network Framework. UsingNIOTSEventLoopGroupalso should eliminate the threading warning on Xcode 14 thatMultiThreadedEventLoopGroupthrows if not created on a background thread due to the architecture ofNIOand Swift Concurrency requirements.
