v1.0: one year after successful migration from whyd.com 🎉
major changes:
- added license, contribution guidelines, code of conduct and opencollective donation invite in package.json
- added automated tests, lint scripts, travis-ci integration, and docker container
- added twitter card metadata to all pages
- added a "deezer connect" button in the settings panel
- removed the video toggling button
- upgraded mongodb and algolia dependencies
- use of @openwhyd.org addresses in emails
