Describe the feature you'd like to request

We should deploy to our kubernetes cluster using helmfile (or something equally simple).

Describe the solution you'd like

Using helmfile, deploy to a kubernetes cluster. Changes should be automatically deployed by our github workflows.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This is an initial pass at getting IaC into our cluster.
