Senigallia release

This is the release adopted by the Senigallia municipality, which implement these new features:

• new types of act are now available;
• groups are considered as self-entities and statistics are available for them;
• search results are now sortable;
• a new page is dedicated to show city council's events;
• the duration of a speech is estimated from the length of the text transcript;
• related searches are now possible for acts, votations, speeches and events;
• user page customisation;
