Using actions/checkoutv3 was failing, possibly due to deprecated Node.js v16. Signed-off-by: Doug Rabson <dfr@rabson.org>

I fixed the actual lint problems and the Node.js warning disappeared so it doesn't seem necessary to change the action. |
