I think it might be a good idea to have a notebook on I/O. I think it could be very useful for beginners. There, we could also (a) introduce preferred approaches to I/O (i.e. bioframe machinery), (b) advertise other packages, (c) introduce fetches, etc.

were you thinking this would be built into the cooltools docs, or not, @golobor ? if not, maybe we'd need to separate the open2c_examples ipynbs into ./io/, ./cooltools/, so the relevant notebooks could be built into the relevant docs
