Add new seed nodes

Please do not use this pre-release in production. This is just a test release but it would be appreciated If anyone test it and report its issues.
This release mostly replace the dead seed nodes by the new seed nodes.

This release contains the following changes:

• Fixes the double counting problem in the wallet
• Other bug fixes
  You are required to upgrade to this version!

1.4.1 Release

This release responds to community feedback and reduces the total supply and block reward with 50%. It also fixes an issue where the wallet can count outs double.

The block reward change will take effect via a hard fork which is scheduled within 2 weeks from now. All users are therefore advised to upgrade as soon as possible.

1.4 - Smoke Release

This release fixed several blockchain synchronization issues. It is highly recommended that you upgrade (although not required).

Thunder - Checkpoint release

This release contains many changes and bug fixes. Highlights are:

• Hardfork to change to cryptonote heavy
• Increased transaction size
• Proper DNS checkpointing
• Updated checkpoints database
• Additional wallet key protection
• A new RPC in the ombred which allows synchronisation with the viewkey (will be used in android wallet).

PRERELEASE - 1.2.1a Thunder

This release contains the following changes:

• Fixed DNS checkpointing: we now have DNSSEC servers running for this.
• Enable HTTP compression on RPC communication.
• Enforce (and recover) strict file permissions on wallet files.

As this is a prerelease; please test the binaries and report any issues you run into.

1.2 - Checkpointing

This release updates the precomputed blocks in Ombre and enabled DNS checkpointing.
Updating is recommended.
