Moderators/Admins/higher tiers have the ability to edit posts and content as they see fit.
- Edit post title
- Edit post tags
- Edit comments
- Edit tags
- Edit categories
- Create tags
- Create categories
- Delete posts
- Delete comments
- Delete tags
- Delete categories
- Edit user tier (only at certain admin tiers)
- Ban user (equivalent to "public" user)
- How do we determine moderation levels?
- How do we instrument editing?
- How do we instrument deletion? Do we actually delete or place in a hidden "trash" section?
- How do we instrument auditing? Log history, edit history, etc.
