Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Support classic Skulltag's MT_Grenade bouncy projectiles via dehacked.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no alternative. There are only bouncy grenades.

Additional context
st091_src.zip. Very old source that should be closer to our codebase than the later zdoom ones.

If we want to include sprites along with this, I can likely cook them up so that there is a default to fall back on. GREN* in classic ST lumps.
