TargetScan v7.0.2

First (unofficial) GitHub release, with the following enhancements:

• bundled all scripts and sample data in one repository
• modified the scripts to be executable them from any directory
• made AIRs (affected isoform ratios) file a parameter of targetscan_70_context_scores.pl
• moved the sample files in a test/ subdirectory
• added a script to run the tests and setup continuous integration testing with TravisCI
