remove the redundant parentheses around the list when creating it.
adds the ability to specify the incoming or outgoing interface in the allow command. index of 2 inserts the clauses after the allow verb.
Update the service description file for the new ability to specify the input or output interface when adding a rule.

Adds the 'in on ' or 'out on ' syntax when specifying an allow rule.
Note that this does not prevent specifying both in and out interfaces at the same time. The current release of ufw may not allow this, as it implies a forwarded packet, rather than one going to or from the ufw host.
