Framework agnostic start on styling NRV DEV.

Install

• npm i

Local Development

• npm start - starts watching scss files for changes
• Open any public/*.html file in a browser to observe markup / styling changes.

Production build

• npm run build - removes any existing public/*.css files and generates a single minified styles.css resource.
