Diploma 2023 - 2024 Code and results This repository contains modules for performing sentiment analysis and subsequent trading and evaluation related to diploma of studying year 2023 - 2024 performed by Roman Kypybida at Ukrianian Catholic University.
Module classification is responsible for performing evaluation by classification metrics such as accuracy and f1-score of raw sentiments and price movements predictions against real price movements.
Module helpers contains different supportive codes for data transformation and filtering and parsing the headline column in data file.
Module models contains codes for performing sentiment retrieval from news headlines by different LLMs.
Module trading contains two files for performing trading simulation using price movement predictions and raw sentimens; file "trading.ipynb" also performs evaluation of raw sentiments against real price movements.
