In #333 a Table of Contents was added for helping readers and maintainers with organizing content within the docs/ folder.

In that ToC it was observed that content exists for this topic already but it is in draft status currently. This issue is for tracking the action items needed (if any) to promote this out of draft status.

Now that the testing PR 377 for the docs is nearing approval I will start on this document.
To address issues raised in PR 377 by @dominykas and other reviewers I will be linking between the documents and giving hard use case examples for CI/CD.
