Is it ok to call it "node" or has to be "node.js"?

I'm a noder (sounds cool right?), and I'm building a spanish talking community, and i want to buy a domain related to node, but i'm not sure if it's fine to buy, for example, nodecommunity.com or it should be called nodejscommunity.com?

The official spelling is "Node.js" including the capitalized N, but FWIW, I usually call it (and write it as) "node" because "node dot jay es" is a mouthful.

As @hackygolucky would say, “the .js is silent” ;) I usually go with “Node”, or “node” when I’m talking about the binary itself.

I think you're fine going either way. The project's official site is nodejs.org, but there are sites like nodetodo.org out there as well.

In any of the official documentation (docs, website, etc), it needs to be Node.js per the branding requirements. Generally I prefer Node.js but I get rather compulsive about it. Others are less rigid on the subject and will usually drop the .js part.
