Purpose

Provide a single argument to http request function.

Changes

Put all information in option object and do not provide url separately

Additional information

fix Fetch ^4.0.0-beta.1 generating error: TypeError [ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE]: The listener argument must be of type function. Received an instance of Object #1620
