- Move CI from CircleCI to GitHUB Actions.
- Run unit tests in Mindboggle Docker image (as opposed to a separate CI image).
- Pin versions of dependencies to those in a (relatively recent, relatively bug-free) working version of Mindboggle.
- Make pinning versions part of continuous deployment.
