FROM nim579/pyrseas

ADD ./schema.yml ./schema.yml

CMD yamltodb --update $PGDATABASE schema.yml

Running

docker run -e PGHOST=localhost -e PGPORT=5432 -e PGUSER=postgres -e PGPASSWORD=password -e PGDATABASE=mydatabase pyrseas
