We recommend the app CityMapper to find directions NOT Google Maps, which does not cover good directions to reach Neurospin..

The app CityMapper provides excellent directions to reach Neurospin. Recommend it. Route outlined below is the more comfortable option.

Directions:

  1. Take the RER B going towards Saint Remy les Chevruse, disembark at Gare du Guichet.
  2. Follow the crowds to the bus station (it's on the other side). Board bus 9. https://goo.gl/maps/bdwSmxPedCU2
  3. Disembark at Mare du Viviere, cross the road and through the gate.
  4. Circle around to the front of the building immediately right of the gate. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhI-l8kmfydFmdk5XCA0nGofxtsfVw

Projects

If there are topics, issues, bugs, features, etc that you think should be attended to pronto and are good candidates for a sprint, list them here.

  1. PR#1336 ReNA: fast agglomerative clustering (Thomas Bazeille)
  2. long-standing bugs in matplotlib surface plots:
  3. surface-based searchlight decoding (PR just submitted... Sylvain Takerkart)
  4. better and less resting-state examples
  5. resume the decoder object
  6. Create reporting functionality for Nilearn objects, similar to FSL's html reports:

    • as an HTML Page, options to save to disk or embed in notebooks.
  7. Integrate Nistats into Nilearn.
  8. Update ADHD dataset in examples to MAIN (PR #1953) (if it is not completed before the sprint)
