Bioconductor v3.6 pre-release

A pre-release containing several important updates of the biotmle package, to appear in the next (Fall 2017) release cycle of Bioconductor (version: 3.6). This is the first version of the package to receive a DOI via zenodo and have its software paper appear in JOSS!
