Just to let y'all know... we've added Augur to a new open-source initiative: The COVID-19 Open-source Helpdesk.

This is a group of core developers for scipy, numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, bioconda, matplotlib, etc. looking for ways to support scientists working on SARS-CoV-2.

Thank you, @Zsailer! One way we're starting to optimize augur is by improving test coverage. There have been some efforts in that direction and it would be amazing to get help with this from additional experts in Python scientific computing.
